Ingredients
- Dressing
- About ½ cup unsweetened pineapple
- drained from 1 can (8 ounces)
- packed pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon grated peeled fresh gingerroot
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon oriental sesame oil
- 2 1/2 cups strips cooked chicken
- 8 ounces snow peas, trimmed and blanched
- 4 ounces (2 cups) mung bean sprouts
- 1 cup drained canned Juice-packed pineapple chunks
- Optional: water chestnuts to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all Dressing ingredients it bowl. Add remaining ingredients gently to mix and coat. Serve immeditely or cover and refrigerate up to 8 hours. Toss again before serving.
