Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp melted butter, cooled
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 c beer or milk
- 2 egg whites, beaten
Preparation
Step 1
Sift flour before measuring, then stir with baking powder and salt. Add butter, yolks, beer and beat well. Beat egg whites till stiff and blend into batter. Using fork, dip pieces into batter.
