Ingredients
- 1 cup regular rice cooked
- 1 4 oz can green chilies; drained and chopped
- ½ lb cheddar cheese or Monterry Jack grated
- 1 ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 tbs margarine
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice. Combine rice, chilies, about ¾ of the
Cheese. Mix lightly. Place in 2 qt casserole
Dish. Sprinkle w/remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
