Aunt Shirley's Pie Crust

Ingredients

• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp sugar
• 2/3 c crisco
• cold water
• egg

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450.
Mix all ingredients together except for water and crisco.
Cut in crisco.
Add cold water slowly and continuously blend with fork until sticks together.
(It is better to be a little sticky than too dry.)
Brush egg on top.
Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.
