Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 dried guajillo peppers
- 1/3 onion
- 1 T chicken bouillon
- 1 heaping t oregano
- 1 scant t cumin
Preparation
Step 1
Blanche tomatoes and chilis in boiling water. Combine all ingredients and liquefy in blender.
To make enchilada sauce
add to the above:
3 c water
3 T corn starch
1 more T boullion
1/2 t oregano
1/2 t sugar
