Crusty Potato Bread- breadmaker

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups water - 8o deg
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 tablespoon white sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 3 1/4 cups bread flour
• 1/2 cup instant mashed potato flakes
• 2 teaspoons instant yeast (one 1/4oz pkg quick rise)

Step 1

Put ingredients into breadmaker in order listed. bake on basic
