How to Bake Cupcake Cones

Ingredients

• Cake mix
• Ice Cream Cones

Preparation

Step 1

1.Mix the cupcake batter according to the directions on the box
2.Lightly spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray
3.Add about 1 tablespoon of cake batter in each
4.Turn cone upside down and place on top of batter, be sure to totally cover the batter
5.Bake at 350 degrees for about 6-8 minutes

■You can also fill the cone with batter about 1/2 full and bake upright. I have found the method above to be much easier.
■If your cone does not totally cover the batter, it’s okay, it will just bake up more around the cone and spill over the edge of the cone a bit.
