Ingredients
- 6 red potatoes peeled
- ½ c butter
- 1 c sour cream
- ¾ c green onion tops
- 1 ½ c shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ c velvetta cheese
- Crisp bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes in salted water, drain
And mash, leaving a little lumpy.
Add Butter, sour cream, onions, salt,
Pepper and velvetta. Place in buttered
Casserole dish and top with cheddar
Cheese.
Bake at 335 degrees until potatoes
Are heated and cheese is melted.
(About 20-30 minutes)
