Veg-Wee Dip

Ingredients

  • (Makes 1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Spike or other salt-free seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
2. Serve with raw or steamed veggies such as baby carrots, celery, cucumber, fennel, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, and jicama.
