Funnel Cake

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 2/3 c milk
• 2 T sugar
• 1 1/3 c flour
• 1/4 t salt
• 3/4 T baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

1) Beat together the egg and milk. Sift the dry ingredients together and add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Beat till smooth.

2) Pour the batter into the funnel and funnel into 375 degree oil. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
