Ingredients
- 4 large Idaho Potatoes
- granulated garlic or garlic powder
- ½ stick oleo
- ½ cup water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon chicken base
- Paprika
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Heat oleo and oil in pyrex in oven. Microwave chicken base and water to boil.
2. Lay quartered potatoes in a single layer. Baste them with chicken base and water. Sprinkle with garlic and paprika.
3. Cover with aluminum. ½ hour then flip and baste again. 20 minutes. Uncover, then 10 minutes.
