Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 7 T splenda
- 3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
- 2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 T honey
- 1/4 c canola oil
- 2 large egg whites

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400. grease muffin pan with non stick spray
Combine dry ingredients and make a well in center. In small bowl, mix liquid ingredients. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Pour 1/4 cup batter into greased cups. Lightly spray tops with butter flavored cooking spray. Bake until wooden pick comes out clean about 16-20 minutes.
