Ingredients

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 egg
• 1 cup coarsely crushed saltines
• 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 1 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• 3/4 cup cheddar cheese
• 1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
• 1 cup tomato juice
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• parsley

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients lightly, except parsley. Bake 45-50 min. Garnish with parsely.

(Add ketchup mixed w/ brown sugar as topping, following by bacon.)
