Ingredients

  • ● 12 oz. cottage cheese, pureed well in blender
  • ● 2 tbsp light Mirace Whip
  • ● 2 tbsp nonfat sour cream
  • ● 1/2 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Dip, 16 oz
  • ● shredded lettuce
  • ● chopped red peppers
  • ● choppped tomatoes
  • ● shredded cheddar cheese
  • ● salsa
  • ● Tostitoes or Doritoes

Preparation

Step 1

1. Puree cottage cheese, add miracle whip, sour cream and ranch dip.
2. Add to top shredded lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, cheese
3. Pour salsa on top
4. Serve with chips
