Ingredients
- RED WINE VINAIGRETTE:
- 5 cups Italian bread, torn into bite size pieces or cubed
- 2 cups tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup (4 oz) mozzzarella cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp. red wine or raspberry vinegar
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Toss bread, tomatoes, cheese, basil, and green onions together in a large bowl. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine vinaigrette ingredients. Cover and shake until well mixed. Drizzle vinaigrette over bread salad and toss to coat.
