Impossible Pecan Pie

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c chopped pecans
• 3/4 c milk
• 3/4 c light or dark corn syrup
• 1/4 c butter
• 1 1/2 t vanilla
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup bisquick

Preparation

Step 1

Heat to 350 Grease pie plate. Sprinkle pecans in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high. Pour into plate.

Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50-55 min. Cool
