Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 can mexicorn (drained)
- 1 small can Hunt’s tomato sauce
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Mix cornbread as directed on box, set aside.
Brown hamburger, drain. Add taco seasoning and water. Mix in tomato sauce and corn. Place in an 11x7 dish and spread cornbread mix over the top. Bake for 20 minutes. Place cheese over top and bake for another few minutes until cheese is melted.
Serve with shredded lettuce, sour cream, taco sauce, etc.
