Ingredients
- 1 roasted garlic bulb
- 1/2 cup canola oil, divided
- 1/3 cup egg substitute
- 1/2 teas. dry mustard
- 2 tab. white wine vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Squeeze pulp from garlic bulb into a blender; add 1/4 cup oil and remaining ingredients. Process until smooth. Yield: 1 cup
