Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 Teaspoons olive or vegetable oil
- ½ Teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ Teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 Teaspoon pepper
- 6 small red potatoes (about 1 Pound)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine lemon juice, oil, thyme, garlic salt and pepper. Add potatoes and toss. Place in baking dish. Bake, uncovered at 450°F for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
