- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 ground pork
- 1 med onion chopped 1/2 cup
- 1/4 plain bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 teasp seasoned salt
- 1/8 teas pepper
- 1 egg

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375 Spray a pan with cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients in a lg bowl and shape into 1 inch balls
Bake 15 to 20 minutes until no longer pink. Cover tightly and refrigerate until ready to use.
Use sauce of choice
