Preparation

Step 1

Cream Frosting:
Cream two sticks margarine, 1 tsp. Vanilla, 1 cup sugar. Mix until fluffy. Cook 2 tbs. Corn starch in 1 cup cold water, stirring until thick. Let cool. Add o cream mixture a little at a time while beating with mixer. Beat well and spread between layers. Put chocolate frosting on top and sides.

Chocolate Frosting:
3 cups confectioners sugar
¾ stick margarine, melted
3 tbs. Cocoa
Add enough canned milk to make it spread easily.

1 Minute Fudge Frosting:
¼ cup white Karo syrup
2 cups sugar
½ cup milk
1 stick margarine
¼ tsp. salt
4 tbs. cocoa
Stir on low heat until cocoa and butter melt. Bring to a free rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil one minute. Remove from heat and beat with mixer until luke warm. Add one tsp. vanilla and beat until spreading consistency.
