Bake one box German chocolate cake mix (Better Crocker Super Moist) according to directions. Make two layers. Let cool then split layers in half with thread. Place cut side up and spread with cream cheese frosting between layers. Put cut side down on top layer and do not frost.
Cream Frosting: Cream two sticks margarine, 1 tsp. Vanilla, 1 cup sugar. Mix until fluffy. Cook 2 tbs. Corn starch in 1 cup cold water, stirring until thick. Let cool. Add o cream mixture a little at a time while beating with mixer. Beat well and spread between layers. Put chocolate frosting on top and sides. Chocolate Frosting: 3 cups confectioners sugar ¾ stick margarine, melted 3 tbs. Cocoa Add enough canned milk to make it spread easily. 1 Minute Fudge Frosting: ¼ cup white Karo syrup 2 cups sugar ½ cup milk 1 stick margarine ¼ tsp. salt 4 tbs. cocoa Stir on low heat until cocoa and butter melt. Bring to a free rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil one minute. Remove from heat and beat with mixer until luke warm. Add one tsp. vanilla and beat until spreading consistency.
