Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 can Eagle brand milk
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat milk and peanut butter until smooth. Add biscuit mix and vanilla. Mix well. Shape into 1” balls. Roll in sugar. Place 2” apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake 6-8 minutes until lightly brown.

Peanut Blossoms:
Shape as above. Do not flatten. Base as above. Press candy kiss in center of each ball immediately after baking.
