Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp peppercorns
- 1 Tbsp celery seeds
- 6 bay leaves, shredded
- 1/2 cup kosher salt
- 3 Tbsp cayenne pepper

Step 1
Grind all spices in a clean grinder or morat and pestle, and store well sealed for up to six minths.
Use 1 Tbsp per quart of water.
(Bring water and spice mix to a boil over high heat. Turn off heat and add shrimp. Leave until shrimp turn pick--about 2 minutes.)
