• Vinigrette
• 3 T lime juice (1 lime)
• 1 1/2 T olive oil
• 1/8 t garlic salt
• hot pepper, to taste
• Bean Salad
• 1 can black beans, rinsed
• 1 can corn
• tomatoe, chopped
• purple onion, chopped
• cilantro, fresch
