  • 4tab. Butter

  • 4 tab. Flour

  • 3½ cups milk

  • 8 oz. Pasta cooked

  • Salt 2 tsp.

  • 2 tsp. Pepper

  • 1tsp. Truffle salt

  • 1 tab. Truffle oil

  • 4oz. Sharp cheddar ( more can be used for cheesier)

  • 4 oz. Goat cheese

  • 4 oz. Parmesan cheese


Cook pasta till done and set aside. In pan on med.-high add butter and flour and cook till slightly brown. Stir in warm milk and stir until thick. Add salt and pepper and truffle salt. Add cheeses and truffle oil and mix until all cheeses are melted. Add pasta into cheese mixture. Pour into casserole dish. Add parmasan cheese on top. Broil for 10 minutes 4 inches from broiler in oven till cheese on top is brown and pasta is bubbling
