Ingredients
- 1/2 c milk
- 2 t vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c Bisquick
- 2 pkg cream cheese cut into about 1/2" cubes and softened
- Cheesecake Topping
- Topping
- 1 c sour cream
- 2 T sugar
- 2 t vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Grease pie plate. Place milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and baking mix in blender container. Cover and blend on high 15 seconds. Add cream cheese. Cover and blend on high 2 minutes. Pour into plate. Bale until center is firm, 40-45 minutes. Spread carefully with Cheesecake Topping.
