Ingredients
- • 4 cups soft bread
- • ¼ cup raisins
- • 2 cups sliced apples
- • 1 cup brown sugar
- • 1 ¾ cup milk
- • ¼ cup marg
- • 1 tsp cinnamon
- • ½ tsp vanilla
- • 2 eggs beaten
- Sauce
- • ¼ cup sugar
- • ¼ cup brown sugar
- • ½ cup milk
- • ½ cup marg
- • 1 tsp vanilla

Step 1
Grease 7 x 11 pan, combine bread, raisins and apples. In a sauce pan over med heat add brown sugar, milk and marg. Stir till melted and pour over bread mix. Mix cinnamon van and eggs, pour bread mix into pan and top with egg mix. 350 for 40 min. While baking combine sugars, milk and marg. Bring to boil then remove add vanilla. Serve over bread pudding.
