Ingredients
- 4 c. steamed Broccoli (or veggies of your choice)
- 3/4 c butter
- 3/4 c flour
- 5 c chicken broth
- 1 c milk
- 1 c heavy cream
- 1 c grated cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
- parsley flakes
Preparation
Step 1
In large pan, melt butter and add flour boil 2 min. add chicken broth, milk and cream. Cook and stir til thick. Then add steamed veggies, cheese and season to taste.
