  • 1 - 2 lb pkg frozen hash browns
  • 16 oz sour cream (or cottage cheese)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, cubed
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Step 1

Place potatoes in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Season with salt and pepper. Mix onions, sour cream and cream of chicken soup. Pour over potatoes; sprinkle with cheddar cheese and butter. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
