Ingredients
- 4 ounces tropical fruit, chopped (about 3/4 cup)
- 1 medium-ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2/3 cup skim milk
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 2/3 cup low-plain yogurt

Step 1
Blend all the ingredients in a blender If using fresh fruit or if the fruit has defrosted, you may want to add 3-4 ice cubes
Pour into tail glasses for serving.
