Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 2 c sugar
- 2 t baking soda
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
- 1 c pecans or walnuts, chopped
- Frosting
- 1 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 1 t vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Bake in ungreased pan/cookie sheet, a 1" lip works best
350 25-30 minutes
While the cake is hot frost it and garnish with choped pecans or walnuts.
