Ingredients
- 1 loaf french bread
- 8 large eggs
- 2 c. Half and Half
- 1 c milk
- 2 T sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t nutmeg
- maple syrup
- Praline Topping: 1/2 lb butter, 1 c brown sugar, 1c pecans, 2T corn syrup, 1/2 t cinnamon and nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
Slice bread to 20 slices. Arrange in buttered 9x13 in 2 rows, overlapping. In a bowl, combine eggs, half and half, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon,nutmeg and salt. Beat and pour over bread. Cover and refridgerate overnight. place in 350 degree oven. pread praline topping over mix and bake for 40 minutes. Serve with maple syrup.
