Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1 Tablespoon grated fresh gingerroot
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- 3 Tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Nonstick cooking spray
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 4 ingredients and set aside. Flatten chicken between 2 sheets of wax paper to 1/4-inch thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin. Brush half of soy sauce mixture over chicken, coating both sides. Grill chicken breasts over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until no longer pink (chicken may also be broiled). Frequently baste and turn chicken during cooking and discard any remaining marinade.
