Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1/2 package (15oz) refrigerated pie crust (1 crust)
- 1 cup milk chocolate morsels, melted, divided
- Filling:
- 1 package (8oz) cream cheese softened
- 3/4 c cold milk
- 1 package (3.4oz) white chocolate instant pudding
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 can (8oz) crushed pineapple
- Toppings:
- 1 medium banana sliced
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 1/2 cup thawed frozen whipped topping
- 1/4 c chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place dough in pie pan, prick bottom and bake 10-12 minutes. Cool completely. Melt chocolate morsels in microwave and stir until smooth. Reserve 2 Tbsp of chocolate for garnish. Spread melted chocolate onto bottom and sides of crust. For filling, place cream cheese in microwave and softern. Whisk with milk and add pudding and sugar. When thickening, add pineapple and spread over crust. Arrange banansa and strawberries over top of pie and then spread whipped topping. Drizzle with remaining melted chocolate and sprinkle with nuts.
