Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips
- (WHIPPED TOPPING)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 packet "whip it"
Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan combine sugar and cornstarch. Over medium heat, gradually stir in milk and peanut butter. Bring to a boil and heat for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Pour into crust; cover and refrigerate overnight.
For whipped topping, combine heavy cream, sugar, peanut butter and whip it. Beat slowly until soft peaks form; spread over refrigerated pie before serving.
