Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup cooked whole wheat pasta such as spirals, shells
  • 1 cup cooked broccoli, asparagus, peppers and onions
  • 1/4 cup light tomato sauce
  • 4 oz. cooked chicken, lean ground turkey, chopped lean chicken sausage

Preparation

Step 1

Place pasta, vegetables, tomato sauce and chicken in a bowl and stir to mix well. Refrigerate, covered until ready to use. Heat in microwave or serve chilled.
