Sausage & Peppers Italiano

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Italian Sausage
- 2 lg. green peppers, cut into 3/4" strips
- 1med. onion sliced and separated into rings
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can Campbells Zesty Tomato Soup, 11 oz.
- 1 t. vinegar
- 1 bag Uncle Bens Boil-in-bag rice, family size

Preparation
Step 1
1. In covered skillet over med. heat, cook sausage in 2 T water 5 min. Uncover, cook til sausage is browned on all sides.
2. Add gr. peppers, onion and garlic to sausage in skillet. Cook til peppers are tender crisp, stirring frequently. Spoon off fat.
3. Stir in soup, 1 C water and vinegar; reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 10 min.
4. Meanwhile cook rice according to pkg directions. Serve sausage and peppers over hot cooked rice.
