Sweetened Whipped Cream
To serve with Caramel Baked Apples (recipe in collection)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tbsp confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
In a chilled small mixing bowl and with chilled beaters, beat whipping cream until it begins to thicken. Add sugar and vanilla; beat until stiff peaks form. Store in the refrigerator.
