Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp mustard powder
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir thoroughly. Rub can be stored in a airtight container for up to a year.
