Ingredients

  • 1 cup pork, slightly boiled, save stock
  • 1 cup chicken, slightly boiled, save stock
  • 1 cup shrimp (optional) slightly boiled
  • shredded carrots*
  • shredded cabbage *
  • 1 onion and garlic to taste
  • *frozen is easier if available

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion and garlic until brown. Mix in meats then mix in vegetables. Put in bihon, DO NOT OVERCOOK. Add meat stock a little at a time. Do not let get soggy. Put in soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
