Ingredients
- Rice
- Bacon
- onion
- garlic
- Soy Sauce
- Ham or Shrimp (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Cook Rice according to Direction and
Set aside.
Cut up some bacon and fry until crisp
Then add:
2 tbs minced garlic
2 tbs chopped onion
You can add the following:
Shrimp---cook 4-6 minutes until done
Cooked chicken--cut up in bite size pieces
Or Ham. One or all is fine.
Add rice to mixture and stir. Add soy sauce to taste
Or color (I like mine light brown)
