Matzo Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 T melted fat/oil
  • 2 Lg eggs beaten
  • 1/2 Matzo meal
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 T soup stock

Preparation

Step 1

Blend fat & eggs together. Mix matzo meal, salt. Add matzo meal mixture to egg & fat. Blend well. Add soup stock mix. Cover & refrigerate 15 minutes. Drop in soup stock. Cook 30-40 minutes. Makes 8 balls
