Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. corn starch
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup butterscotch pieces
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 cup coconut
- chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan, combine sugar and corn starch. Add evaporated milk. Cool and stir over medium heat until thick. Remove from heat. Stir in butterscotch pieces, butter. Stir until melted. Add coconut, chopped nuts. Spread mixture over cake.
