  • 6 Pounds of Broccoli
  • 7 Cans of Chicken Broth(14.5 ounces) each
  • 2 Cups of Heavy Cream
  • 2 Cups of Milk
  • 1 Cup of Flour
  • 1 Box of Velvetta(2Pounds)
  • 1 Pound Shredd Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 3/4 cup of Butter
  • White Pepper


Preparation time 35mins
Cooking time 70mins


Step 1

Cook Broccoli in Chicken Broth Bring to a Boil and
cook for about 10 Minutes Broccoli will be soft do not
over cook or Broccoli will be mushy
In another pan melt butter and then add flour
small amount at a time cooking on low cook the flour for 5 minutes to cook some of the pasty taste out
do not let it burn stir at all times
add velvetta and allow to melt
add milk and creme a small amount at a time whiking at all times to prevent lumps
once smooth add to broccoli mixture
bring to a low boil and cook until thicken
add shredd cheese and pepper to taste
