Ingredients
- 3 cups sharp cheddar, shredded
- 3 cups mozzarella, shredded
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 16 ounces diced ham
- 8 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1 tsp. basil
- 2 tablespoons parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cheese in a large bowl. Put half the cheese in a 9 x 13 inch dish. Saute green onion in butter. Spread over cheese. Cover with diced ham. Top with the rest of the cheese.
Beat the eggs. Add milk, basil and parsley. Pour over cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350.
Can be prepared ahead and kept in refrigerator. Return to room temperature before baking.
