Ingredients
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. lime zest
- 2-3 tbsp. light mayo
- 8 oz. crab
- 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 small tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 avocado, diced
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 7 ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Combine the last 3 ingredients and divide between 2 bowls. Top each with 1/2 of the crab mixture.
