Pecan Caramel Candies

Ingredients

  • 63 miniature pretzels
  • 13oz package Rolo candies
  • 63 pecan halves

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil.

Place pretzels on foil in a single layer. Top each pretzel with a Rolo candy. Bake for 4 minutes until candies are softened (they will retain their shape). Remove pretzels from the oven and immediately place a pecan on top of each candy and press down so the candy fills the pretzel.

Cool slightly then refrigerate for 10 minutes or until set.
