Ingredients
- Coffee Cake:
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 2/3 cup milk or water
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- Streusel Topping:
- 1/3 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp firm margarine or butter
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375 F. Stir Coffee Cake ingredients until blended. Spread in one greased 9" round pan. Mix Streusel Topping ingredients; sprinkle over batter. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
High Altitude: Heat oven to 425 F. Use 9" square pan. Add 2 tbsp flour. Increase milk to 3/4 cup. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
