  • 2/3 c graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 pkg (8 oz) of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • Cherry pie filling

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375˚
2. Grease mini tart tins
3. Combine crumbs and butter and press a rounded teaspoon full in each
4. Beat cream cheese, vanilla, egg and sugar until smooth and pour mixture into each cup
5. Bake 10 min
6. Cool completely and remove from tins and top each with a cherry
