- Liquid from Turkey
- 4 T corn starch
- Milk
- 1/2 C chicken stock
- S&P

Step 1
Cook all turkey parts in water. Take meat from neck & livers & chop up. Liquid from turkey (cooled) 4 T corn starch, put in cup w/ milk and make paste. Add milk til looks like floury water. 1/2 C chicken stock. S&P. Turn on hi heat til thick then add turkey
